A Christmas Story

Twas the night before Christmas
and all through the house
not a creature was stirring
just one lonely mouse
and there I lay sleeping
all snuggled in bed
dreaming sweet dreams
till that rock hit my head
and up on the roof top
whats this I hear
it dont sound like santa
and it sure aint reindeer
the boulders kept coming
they made quite a mess
I leapt from my bed
wiped my eyes and got dressed
who could have done this
this just dont make sense
a note left said he'd done it
cuz we had no defense
he emptied our warehouse
and stole all our food
then killed our pet mouse
chopped him up and made stew
chopped down the cranny
it was our Christmas Tree
who could have done this
who could it be
he took all of our presents
and fled into the night
it took only one second
there was hardly a fight
as I stood there and wondered
just who could this be
that would come Christmas Eve
and do this to me
OMG then I saw him
what a horrible sight
then he stopped and he turned
and with a wink of his eye

he said Merry Christmas to all
