lol yummy. Some of the things we eat where I'm from:

- Balut - shown above (duck and chicken eggs as well)
- Fruitbat - stinks, but is not bad
- Stingray
- Jellyfish
- Shark
- Sea Turtle
- Beef/pork/turtle tripe cooked in blood
- We do eat fish eyeballs too, it's kinda funny watching little kids fight over fried fish eyeballs
- Raw fish, octopus, squid, beef and venison

to say the least I got a pretty strong stomach Smile

I've eaten a lot of raw foods (fish, shrimp, oysters, clams, beef) and have tried crickets and ants....

I also eat lamb, which most americans hate, including liver, kidneys, lungs, brain....can't bring myself to eat eyes though.

Heard of Balut a long time ago (early on in my Navy days) and couldn't bring myself to even consider it.
Eaten lamb. Good stuff.
Eaten Haggis....don't do it sober for the rest of you Americans...
Wasn't bad at all....after 5 or 6 scottish ciders...YUM! Smile
But "King Rib" I'll never consider. Had it once drunk and saw it sober and have never had it a 2nd time. OMG! BLECH!

Birds nest soup was not bad. Its consistency was the only issue for me.
