No, he doesnt mean like that. he means have a whole forum devoted to just all of the crap that doesnt qualify for the general forum, because it is that crap. kinda like /b/ in 4chan.

BB has kinda disappeared. And I am the only person who has posted on the Pringles forum in over a week. They pretty much do everything by SKYPE.
