Ooh, ooh I have another question Hucca! My friend and I have debated for years as to what the correct pronunciation of the word "Sauna" is.

I live in a scandinavian part of Minnesota and have always heard it pronounced "Sow-na". But my friend pronounces it, "Sah-na".

So which of us is correct?

And for the "Sauna" correct pronunciation is "Sauna" , we pronounce letters as they are written (if you understand what I mean).

You will never get it entirely right, but sow-na is close ("saʊnə").

See now if you'd put that pronunciation thingy first I might of been able to concentrate long enough to read it.....
