Slowing Down [Want to pick up a Dual]

I cannot play much this round. RL is getting in the way. My SATs are coming up, I gotta work at a hospital, there just seems there is not that much time for Travian!

I would like to have somebody who was recently banned to help my account. If nobody wants to dual, I will probably just delete.
I don't want my capital which makes roughly 80k resource / hour and my 40k clearing force to go to waste!

technically, I heard dual is against the rules too

How is a dual against the rules? I thought so long as both people only had one account and that account was the shared account, then it was okay?

I think they clarified that earlier this round. it's OK to duel.
