Scariest thing ever... Empty Scariest thing ever...

This is a commercial that shows up on my son's favorite TV station, PBS's Sprout, and it scares the crap out of me. Everytime I see that scary THING I get shivers. I mean, what IS it? Why does it have to DANCE like that? What parts of it are moving and how is it DOING that???

Kinda reminds of a show my kids watch on there sometimes called "in between the lions" there was a character that did the "Happy Dance" and moved similar to that.
