I drove through vicksburg wednesday night. As well as 4 other state lines.. still tired from that drive.

Boy they are not kidding when they say cost of living is cheaper in the south. Houses for 100K are unheard of in NY, even out in the sticks where I live.

You cant get a condo for under 350k where I live. That is WAY cheap!

Nice work to date. Since I'm in the market I would like to add a few suggestions for the broker that you may or may not be already working on. When I visit a sight I like to see the size of the rooms for starters. Also I like the birds eye view of the property as provided on Zip Reality and a few others. It gives me the lay of the land and surrounding area. I know I can look it up but the link on the websight is sweet. If I think of any other things I'll add them

The data about a house that is displayed is what is entered into Navica (a state run central realty company). I personally like having the room sizes myself, but that information is not recorded. I also like the idea of the "Birds Eye View". Can you get me a link to that? I am not signing up on ZipRealty.com so I can see it. Something else I plan on adding is a google map with a pinpoint for the location below the listing. The problem is, I don't want the realtors, adding information in two locations.

I was also told that I needed to add more content to the Home Page. That might play into something else I am thinking about. We'll see.

that's really cool. made me consider looking at property in Ms...lol....it was easy to use and understand. the only thing i was wondering was supposed to happen, is when i hover over the picture...it blinks...kinda didn't know what was going on for a bit, but then realized the picture wasn't changing...
